The program was established through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) and Global NCAP on 8<sup>th<\/sup>\u00a0December 2011. To mark our tenth\u00a0anniversary, ASEAN NCAP is holding the celebration physically at MIROS office. To ensure that our overseas friends also have the chance to celebrate this auspicious event together, we are also having it live streamed.
