Kajang, 28 November 2017<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 The New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN NCAP) will be organizing a seminar entitled ASEAN NCAP: Towards Autonomous. ASEAN NCAP will hold the seminar on 19 December 2017 at the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) office located in Kajang, Selangor.<\/p>\n

The seminar aims to bring together leading government agencies, industries together with academicians, researchers and scholars in the field of automotive engineering. It will be a platform to exchange and share their experiences and research results about all aspects of autonomous development in Malaysia. This seminar also functions as an interdisciplinary forum for those involved to present and discuss their most recent innovations, the current trend as well as concerns and challenges encountered in the field of autonomous and what are the solutions they have adopted in order to overcome such obstacles.<\/p>\n

During the event, ASEAN NCAP will also be releasing four results from the number of crash tests performed recently. In addition, there will be a session where participants will be able to experience a Level 2 Autonomous Technology i.e. Autonomous Emergency Braking technology demonstration by the newly launched Perodua Myvi.<\/p>\n

Alternatively, you may also register by filling out the online registration form<\/a>. There is no charge to participate in this seminar and it is limited to only 60 participants.<\/p>\n
