Kajang, 25 August 2017<\/em><\/strong> \u2013 Following the implementation of the new protocol for 2017\u20132020, the New Car Assessment Program for Southeast Asian Countries (ASEAN NCAP) is currently planning to draft the 2021\u20132030 roadmap. The early preparation is to ensure sufficient time for the industry to get ready ahead of time. Therefore, ASEAN NCAP is organizing a workshop to table its direction towards the new roadmap and debate with manufacturers on its application, suitability and adaption. Members of the media interested to know more about the newly planned roadmap are also welcome\u00a0to participate.<\/p>\n

The workshop will be on 18 to 19 September 2017 at the Malaysian Institute of Road Safety Research (MIROS) office in Kajang. In addition to the workshop, ASEAN NCAP will also be organizing its Technical Committee meeting with its members. Below is the tentative itinerary of the workshop.
